Yard Supervisor We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Yard Supervisor to oversee all yard activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Yard Supervisor will manage yard employees, equipment, vehicles, deliveries, and housekeeping, ensuring a safe and customer-focused environment for employees, customers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities include providing leadership and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, supervising and coordinating the work of yard associates and delivery drivers, arranging training and certification for personnel, managing inventory by receiving, sorting, and stocking products, and maintaining safety and maintenance records for all equipment and vehicles. The Yard Supervisor will also ensure yard organization and cleanliness, deliver professional customer service, assist with staff management including hiring and training, and uphold compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. Qualifications for this position include excellent customer service skills, leadership capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to motivate a team. Candidates should demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills and have experience in managing inventory and safety protocols. Compensation includes an hourly wage, benefits, a pension plan after one year, a work boot allowance, and an employee discount.
