Welding Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to oversee structural steel welding operations in a full-time, on-site role. In this position, you will lead a production team, support day-to-day welding activities, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating welders and related shop activities, monitoring production progress, reviewing work for compliance with drawings and specifications, and working closely with production leadership to keep schedules on track. You will also provide guidance to team members, help maintain a safe work environment, and support continuous improvement in welding processes and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on welding experience, leadership ability, and a solid understanding of structural steel fabrication. Familiarity with industry welding standards and quality requirements is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
