Water Treatment Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced engineering lead to guide water treatment and related infrastructure projects from early-stage assessment through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and startup. This role involves coordinating technical work across multiple disciplines and supporting projects tied to industrial water management, remediation, and process infrastructure. You will help evaluate treatment approaches, compare options, and contribute to design decisions with input from internal specialists and project stakeholders. The position includes leading technical deliverables, reviewing calculations and reports, and ensuring design work is practical, compliant, and aligned with project objectives. You will also support equipment evaluation, vendor interactions, procurement activities, and risk-based reviews during project development. In addition to technical leadership, you will take part in design reviews, constructability discussions, safety studies, and planning activities. The role requires regular communication with clients and project teams, including support for proposals, budgets, schedules, and execution planning. During construction and startup, you will provide engineering assistance as needed to help move projects forward successfully. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and a professional engineering license, with substantial experience in industrial water treatment and related consulting work. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities are important, along with the ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with standard office software and solid organizational skills are also required.
