Warehouse Production Supervisor

This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse and production activities. The role supports the flow of materials, inventory management, manufacturing tasks, quality checks, and outgoing shipments to help operations run safely, accurately, and efficiently. The supervisor leads a small team by organizing schedules, assigning work, and providing coaching and training. They work closely with related functions to help ensure production output meets quality and customer expectations. A key part of the job is maintaining accurate records in the company system and keeping operational documentation current. Warehouse responsibilities include receiving goods, managing storage and stock control, preparing shipments, and supporting inbound and outbound logistics. The role also requires attention to equipment, facility upkeep, and safe handling practices. On the production side, the supervisor participates in batch manufacturing, monitors quality standards, addresses issues, and helps with equipment readiness and process improvements. Health and safety are central to the position. The successful candidate will follow and enforce safety procedures, support audits, investigate incidents, and contribute to a strong safety culture. Strong communication, time management, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a diverse environment are important. Experience in warehouse, production, or operations leadership is preferred, along with familiarity with safety and inventory processes.
