Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and support a busy local team. This full-time permanent role is based in Surrey, BC and offers a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 to $105,000, along with competitive benefits. In this position, you will oversee staffing support, help maintain accurate timekeeping, and coordinate coverage when time off requests create scheduling gaps. You will also monitor performance against operational goals, identify process issues, and work to improve procedures and workflow consistency. A strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and team communication will be important. You will be expected to train and support warehouse leads and associates, address problems quickly to reduce delays, and maintain a professional approach in all interactions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading warehouse teams or supervising warehouse staff, along with a background in improving standard processes. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage changing priorities under pressure are essential. Proficiency with common office software is required, and forklift certification is necessary. This role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work flexible shifts when needed, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
