Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations in Calgary. This role will manage inventory control, labour scheduling, service performance, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a practical, hands-on leader who can support employees, improve processes, and help the site meet its safety, productivity, and customer service goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily warehouse activity, ensuring orders are completed accurately and shipped on time, and maintaining organized inventory practices. You will also be responsible for building staff schedules, balancing workloads, and adjusting labour to meet changing business needs while keeping costs in check. A major part of the role involves tracking performance measures, identifying gaps, and taking action to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall output. In addition, the Warehouse Manager will coach team members, provide feedback, and support ongoing development to strengthen performance across the department. The role requires close attention to workplace safety and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. You will also work with other internal teams to support broader operational goals. A degree in a related field is preferred, along with several years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience and prior people leadership responsibility. Strong communication, problem-solving, and operational skills are important, as is familiarity with warehouse systems and common office software.
