Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily distribution activities and help strengthen a growing operation. This role combines hands-on supervision with process improvement, requiring someone who can keep work moving smoothly while also building better structure for the future. Key responsibilities include managing receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping; maintaining accuracy across inventory and workflow; and improving overall efficiency in the facility. You will also help support the rollout of a new enterprise system, working with teams to prepare processes, maintain discipline in day-to-day execution, and contribute to a successful transition. The ideal candidate is a confident warehouse leader with strong organization, problem-solving ability, and a practical approach to change. You should be comfortable coaching staff, handling conflict, leading meetings, and communicating clearly with others across the business.
