Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on warehouse and logistics supervisor to oversee daily distribution activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. In this role, you will lead a small team while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and the movement of materials and finished goods. The position is suited to someone who enjoys a mix of team leadership and active floor work, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, keeping inventory records current, organizing storage areas, and supporting regular stock counts and reconciliations. You will also help ensure materials are staged to support production needs and that replenishment is communicated in a timely manner. Working closely with internal teams and external carriers, you will assist with delivery scheduling, respond to logistics-related inquiries, and identify ways to improve service and transportation efficiency. This role also involves coaching warehouse staff, supporting performance management, maintaining standard work procedures, and tracking operational metrics. You will contribute to process improvement and cost-saving efforts while helping maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team supervision is preferred. The compensation range for this permanent, full-time position is $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
