Vice President, Treasury

We are seeking a senior treasury leader to oversee investment strategy, liquidity management, and related financial operations within a member-focused financial services environment. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for protecting organizational assets through sound investment practices, maintaining access to reliable funding, and ensuring cash and securities are managed in a way that balances safety, liquidity, and return. This position provides enterprise-wide leadership for treasury activities, including the development of strategy, oversight of key internal and external relationships, and alignment of treasury priorities with broader business objectives. The role also supports payments and liquidity functions, contributes to executive decision-making, and represents the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry forums. In addition, the leader will guide, coach, and develop a team to support effective day-to-day operations and long-term capability. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree and professional finance designation are assets. Significant experience in treasury, investment management, capital markets, or financial risk is required, along with strong knowledge of liquidity, fixed income, and asset-liability management. Experience with regulatory requirements, executive communication, team leadership, and financial systems is also important.
