Job Title: Vice President - Sales
Location: Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range:
• Base: $170k–$200k CAD per year
• OTE: $250k–$350k CAD per year
• Total Compensation: $420k–$550k CAD per year (negotiable)
Role Overview: The Vice President of Sales is responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. This position focuses on building a sales pipeline, closing complex service-led deals, and establishing relationships with new clients in logistics and supply chain sectors. The role emphasizes consultative sales and requires strong skills in discovery, solution framing, and executive-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own new revenue targets and pipeline management
- Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Engage personally in high-value opportunities and lead executive-level discussions
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts while enforcing qualification standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal quality and operational feasibility
Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise services or technology sales
- Proven track record in selling within logistics or supply chain environments
- Experience leading sales teams and engaging with C-suite executives
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, growth-oriented settings
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:
- Assess current pipeline and client fit
- Build trust with internal teams
- Implement standardized sales frameworks and coach team members on consultative selling techniques.
