We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a portfolio of multi-site residential communities in Québec. Reporting to the executive team, this position is responsible for driving strong operational results, financial performance, resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and compliance across the region. The role also supports the integration of newly added locations and helps standardize processes as the business continues to grow.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day strategic direction to site leaders, helping them meet service, quality, and budget objectives. Key priorities include improving operating performance, managing financial plans and forecasts, monitoring performance indicators, and identifying efficiencies that support overall profitability. This leader will also play a central role in developing management teams, building a culture of accountability, and supporting succession and talent growth.
In addition, the position requires close attention to service quality, resident concerns, and regulatory obligations. Experience working in a highly regulated, service-driven environment is important, along with the ability to manage risk, prepare for inspections, and support change across a growing portfolio. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Bilingual French and English is strongly preferred, and regular travel within Québec will be required. Executive compensation and bonus potential are offered.
