We are seeking a transformational operational leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize safety by fostering a culture where every decision emphasizes the well-being of individuals. - Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term operational vision, capital priorities, and growth strategies. - Implement digital, automated, and optimized systems to achieve outstanding results in safety, quality, service, and cost. - Cultivate a high-performance culture by developing leaders and mentoring talent. - Manage the entire value chain from manufacturing to delivery, enhancing efficiency and customer experiences. - Ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainability through best practices. Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years of senior operations leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments. - Proven track record of managing full enterprise operations with P&L accountability. - Experience in transforming operations through data and process improvements. - Strong commitment to safety and culture-building. - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and modern operational methodologies. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
