Vice President, Operations

A growing organization is seeking a senior operational leader to join its executive team and guide key functions across production, supply chain, distribution, service, quality, and facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can strengthen performance, improve systems, and support long-term growth. The right candidate will help set operational priorities with executive leadership, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure resources are directed toward the most important business needs. A major part of the role will involve improving processes through better use of technology, automation, data, and disciplined operating practices. Candidates should bring a strong track record in safety, quality, compliance, supplier performance, and customer service. Experience with modern improvement methods and digital transformation is important. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and an advanced degree is considered an advantage.
