Vice President of Operations

We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee day-to-day performance across production, logistics, and internal process improvement. This is a newly created, onsite role that reports directly to ownership and plays a key part in supporting business growth and operational consistency. In this position, you will lead cross-functional teams, strengthen workflows, and ensure products and projects move efficiently from planning through delivery. You will be responsible for improving service levels, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and building scalable processes that support quality, timing, and cost control. The role also involves working closely with leadership to identify operational priorities, solve issues proactively, and support long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in operations and logistics leadership, along with a practical, hands-on approach to managing teams and improving performance. You should be comfortable balancing strategic planning with daily execution, and able to guide others in a fast-paced environment.
