Vice President of Finance

This senior finance leadership role will oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial integration in a growing, private-equity-backed business. The position is hands-on and works closely with the executive team to provide clear financial insight that supports day-to-day decisions and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include leading the annual operating plan and multi-year budgeting process, maintaining an accurate rolling forecast, and establishing a reliable monthly reporting cadence for leadership. The role will partner with business unit leaders and the operations team to monitor performance, improve visibility into results, and support stronger cash management. Another important focus is integrating the finance processes of acquired businesses after close and ensuring financial information is aligned across the broader platform. The successful candidate will guide a small finance team, promote disciplined financial practices, and help build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Experience in a multi-currency, cross-border environment is important, along with comfort working in a business that is actively changing and expanding. Over time, this role may grow into a broader CFO-level position as the organization continues to scale.
