Vice President, Finance

This senior finance leadership role is responsible for guiding the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash management in a growing, acquisition-oriented business. You will lead a small finance team, work closely with executive leadership, and serve as a key partner to operations and business unit leaders. The position is hands-on and well suited to someone who enjoys both strategic ownership and day-to-day execution. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining the operating plan, managing the rolling forecast, and ensuring monthly reporting provides clear, decision-useful insight. You will help improve forecast accuracy, monitor working capital and cash conversion, and support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the finance function after close. The role also includes strengthening financial discipline across the organization and helping create a more structured, insight-driven reporting cadence. This opportunity sits within a business that operates across multiple geographies and currencies, so experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments is important. You should be comfortable partnering with senior leaders, leading a finance team, and driving accountability through clear financial metrics and communication. Over time, this position may expand into a broader chief financial officer scope as the business continues to grow.
