Vice President Finance

The Vice President of Finance will oversee the daily finance operations, including financial reporting, accounting, team leadership, and operational finance within the organization. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for an individual who excels in building structure, enhancing processes, developing teams, and collaborating across functions in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include leading the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls. The successful candidate will lead and develop the finance team, partner with various departments to support business performance, and provide financial insights for operational and strategic decision-making. Qualifications for this role include a CPA designation, over 10 years of progressive finance experience with leadership roles, and a strong background in controllership and operational finance. Experience in distribution or retail environments is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP systems. The ability to lead teams and implement process improvements is essential.
