This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a high-traffic entertainment venue and delivering a strong guest experience. The position ensures that operational standards, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently met across all areas of the business. You will help maintain smooth service in entertainment, food and beverage, guest services, and retail functions while supporting a positive, accountable team culture.
Key responsibilities include coordinating special events and group bookings, monitoring facility standards, and making sure inspections, checklists, and required documentation are current. You will also recruit, train, coach, and support management staff, with attention to employee development, succession planning, and performance management. Budget oversight, revenue growth, and initiatives that improve business results are also part of the role.
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar fast-paced environment and is comfortable leading teams during busy periods. Strong customer service judgment, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational and financial targets. Proficiency with standard office software and flexibility to work extended hours are required. The salary range for this position is CAD 43,000 to 48,000 annually.
