UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer to shape clear, enjoyable player experiences for mobile games. In this role, you will turn game concepts into practical user flows, interface ideas, and testable prototypes that support both engagement and ease of use. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product partners to refine gameplay systems, improve navigation, and ensure features are implemented with a strong focus on usability. Your day-to-day work will include building wireframes and mockups, iterating on mechanics and menus, and using research or player feedback to guide design decisions. You will also help define and maintain consistent design practices across the team, while staying current with evolving UX methods and trends in game development. To succeed in this position, you should have a degree in a design-related field, at least two years of UX experience in mobile games, and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful problem-solving and strong design execution. Familiarity with modern design tools, game design principles, and collaborative production environments is important. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required. Experience with usability testing, player research, data-informed design, and casual games would be an asset. This role offers a salary of CAD 60,000 to 90,000, along with competitive benefits and flexible work arrangements.
