We are seeking an experienced superintendent to lead underground utilities work on construction projects in Saskatchewan. This role is responsible for coordinating field activities, managing crews, and helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day direction to foremen and other site staff, support training and performance on site, and work closely with safety personnel to maintain strong jobsite standards. This position involves project-based scheduling, which may include long shifts, evening work, weekends, and rotating hours depending on the site. Travel is required, so candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a recent driving record. Strong English communication skills and solid computer ability are important, including comfort using common office software and other work-related systems. Applicants should have at least five years of superintendent experience and several years of underground utilities construction background. Experience with equipment operation or related field work is considered an asset. Required safety credentials include general construction safety training, hazard awareness, ground disturbance certification, and safety leadership training. A high school diploma is required.
