UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a mid-level UI/UX Designer to support early-stage product development in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will help shape digital experiences from the earliest ideas through research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and delivery. You will work closely with product and engineering partners to turn uncertain requirements into clear, usable interfaces. This position suits someone who enjoys variety and can move comfortably between user research, interaction design, visual polish, and design system work. You will contribute to defining user journeys, testing concepts, and refining screens for both web and mobile experiences. You will also help maintain shared design assets so the team can build consistent products more efficiently. Day to day, you may interview users, summarize feedback into design directions, produce flow diagrams and prototypes, create high-fidelity mockups, and support implementation through handoff and quality checks. Strong communication is important, as you will need to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and adapt based on input from the wider team. The ideal candidate has solid experience with modern design tools, understands accessible interface principles, and is comfortable working on products that are still taking shape. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary in the Toronto area.
