Transportation Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a Transportation Pricing Analyst with a background in supply chain or freight operations and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant experience, advanced Excel ability, and comfort working with data analysis and reporting tools. Canadian citizenship or permanent residency is required. In this role, you will build and maintain pricing models, prepare rate sheets and cost estimates, and support quoting for both new and existing business. You will review customer agreements to help ensure pricing is entered correctly in the transportation management system and billing remains accurate. The position also involves analyzing account performance, tracking profitability and volume trends, and preparing reports that help management understand pricing drivers and margins. Additional responsibilities include maintaining partner and carrier rate records, assisting teams in selecting appropriate service options based on cost and service needs, and supporting spot quote activity. You will also help keep tariff documents and terms current, while contributing to other pricing and analytical tasks as needed. Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with data handling, dashboard reporting, and transportation or logistics environments is preferred. Attention to detail, clear communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage priorities are important for success in this role.
