Training Supervisor

We are seeking a Training Supervisor to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs that support safe, consistent, and efficient operations in a manufacturing setting. This position is responsible for creating and updating standard procedures, manuals, and related documentation to help new and existing employees build job knowledge and maintain competency. The role also provides shift coverage and operational support when other supervisors are unavailable, so flexibility to work days, afternoons, and nights is required. Key responsibilities include delivering practical and classroom-based training, assessing employee understanding during and after training, and keeping training records current. You will work with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps, improve processes, and support audits and continuous improvement efforts. In addition, the role involves supervising production activity during assigned coverage periods, helping ensure safety, quality, and productivity expectations are met. Additional duties may include coordinating shift start-ups and changeovers, completing reports, communicating with operations and support teams, assisting with minor equipment issues, and supporting staff development through coaching, feedback, and performance discussions. The ideal candidate has several years of manufacturing supervision experience, strong training and documentation skills, and a solid understanding of workplace safety, leadership, and communication. Proficiency with common office software and strong organization are also important.
