Territory Manager

We are seeking a relationship-focused Territory Manager to drive referral growth across Vancouver Island. In this role, you will build and maintain partnerships with physicians, clinic teams, and other healthcare professionals, with the goal of generating new patient referrals for a specialized healthcare service. This is a field-based position centered in Victoria, with regular travel throughout the island and occasional visits to Nanaimo. You will manage your own territory, represent the organization in medical offices, and work closely with the business development lead to support growth targets. The position is offered on a four-day workweek and includes a base salary plus bonus, along with competitive benefits and training opportunities. Travel-related expenses are covered when applicable. Key responsibilities include developing new referral sources, strengthening existing relationships, delivering in-person presentations and meetings, and educating healthcare professionals about the service offering. You will also coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to help keep pipeline activity and referral volume on track. The ideal candidate lives in or near Victoria, is comfortable with frequent local travel, holds a valid driver’s license, and has access to a reliable vehicle. Prior experience selling services through referral channels is required, and familiarity with the local healthcare community is an asset. Strong organization, persistence, and a genuine interest in relationship-building are essential.
