We are seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist to help people get the most from their devices and software. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair support, and issue resolution while delivering a high standard of service. You will explain repair options clearly, guide customers toward suitable solutions, and help identify opportunities to recommend relevant products or services.
The position requires strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, along with the ability to stay current on product and service information. You will work closely with team leads to surface recurring technical issues, share feedback from the front line, and support continuous improvement in service processes. You will also serve as a helpful resource for colleagues by demonstrating best practices and mentoring others when needed.
A successful candidate brings experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-facing environment, along with hands-on troubleshooting skills and good visual inspection and fine motor abilities for safe repair work. The role may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required.
