We are seeking a motivated technical sales professional to support customers and sales teams throughout the buying process. This role combines solution design, customer support, and hands-on troubleshooting across phone, email, chat, and ticket-based requests. The successful candidate will help assess customer needs, recommend suitable configurations, and assist with product demonstrations and integration planning. Key duties include responding to technical questions before and after a sale, reproducing reported issues in a lab environment, and working with internal teams to help resolve product or compatibility problems. You will also help develop and maintain user guides, setup notes, FAQs, and other support materials, while contributing to internal knowledge resources and team training. The ideal applicant has a background in technical support or a related field, along with a solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals. Experience with voice, audio, or paging systems is helpful, especially where both digital and legacy equipment are involved. Strong problem-solving ability, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to explain technical ideas to different audiences are important. This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, work well with sales and engineering, and become a trusted product resource for customers.
