Technical Sales Specialist-BC

Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) Job Location: Vancouver, BC Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work Position Summary: The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with professional dealers, end users, and regional landscape accounts, including large entities such as municipalities and educational institutions. The primary goal is to promote and sell outdoor power equipment while increasing brand awareness within the commercial segment. This role will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate closely with Territory Managers to identify new business opportunities and expand the professional dealer network. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage business segment performance to achieve assigned goals and objectives. - Oversee company-issued demo equipment. - Conduct product training for end users and municipalities. - Generate leads and acquire new accounts within specified business areas. - Take a leading role in trade shows and marketing events. - Develop initiatives for new product launches in the assigned territory. - Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing and Product Management. - Perform additional duties as required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
