Technical Sales Specialist-BC

Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) Job Location: Vancouver, BC Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work. Position Summary: The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with professional dealers, end users, and regional landscape accounts, as well as large end users such as municipalities and educational facilities. The primary goal is to promote and sell commercial outdoor power equipment while enhancing brand awareness within the commercial segment. This role will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate closely with local Territory Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The successful candidate will possess strong industry knowledge of professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment and demonstrate the ability to work independently while fostering relationships with stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage assigned business segment and achieve set goals. * Oversee company-issued demo equipment. * Conduct product training for end users and municipalities. * Generate leads and acquire new accounts. * Participate in tradeshows and marketing events. * Initiate new product launches within the assigned territory. * Collaborate with various departments including Marketing and Product Management.
