Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support growth in professional services and public-sector client work. This hybrid role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified talent while managing the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer stage. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand hiring needs, shape search strategies, and keep candidates moving through the process efficiently. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong background in sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination. You should be comfortable building talent pipelines, screening applicants, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This position is well suited to someone who can balance relationship-building with structured recruiting practices, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple hiring priorities.
