We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product development programs, both internal and those for external clients. Key responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, managing risks, overseeing project costs, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to direct and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and internal goals.
The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, schedule, critical paths, and resource allocation. You will serve as the primary technical contact for clients during program development and collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to ensure projects are executed within budget and deadlines.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, certification in project management, and experience in an engineering or electro-mechanical product environment. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 is preferred. The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward is essential, along with a willingness to travel 10-15%.
