Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to help translate high-level business and product priorities into clear, executable engineering plans. In this role, you will work across engineering, product, design, operations, legal, and leadership to define scope, surface risks, identify dependencies, and keep complex initiatives moving toward launch. You will support projects that may involve customer-facing software, internal platforms, data workflows, infrastructure, security, and machine learning. A strong understanding of how systems fit together is important, including APIs, databases, integrations, release processes, and production monitoring. You will not be expected to code in production, but you should be able to engage deeply with technical tradeoffs and ask the right questions to help teams make better decisions. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative. You will help create project plans, write clear documentation, run planning and review meetings, and provide concise updates to leadership on progress, blockers, and decisions needed. You should be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly and attention to detail matters. The ideal candidate has experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role supporting software teams. Experience with early-stage startups, machine learning, mobile or web releases, and operational tooling is a plus. Comfort using modern productivity and collaboration tools is also helpful.
