Technical Marketing Specialist

This role combines technical support, customer-facing sales coordination, and project follow-through to help grow business in the construction products sector. You will work with external stakeholders such as engineers, designers, public agencies, and contractors to provide product guidance, pricing input, and specification support. The position also involves creating and presenting marketing materials, helping with promotional activities, and representing the business at approved industry events. A key part of the job is keeping opportunities organized and moving forward. That includes reviewing drawings and customer orders, checking that the right materials are selected, and flagging issues that could affect design, pricing, or delivery. You will coordinate across internal teams so projects are quoted accurately, tracked properly, and completed on time. The role also requires regular updating of CRM and ERP systems, maintaining records for quotes, forecasts, follow-ups, and project milestones. In addition, you will monitor market activity, gather competitive insights, support bid tracking, and help identify new business opportunities. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are important, along with the ability to manage several priorities at once. A background in a technical field and experience in construction-related products or sales is preferred. Travel may be required from time to time.
