We are seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering complex building technology projects from planning through deployment. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day integration work, keep project activity aligned with priorities and timelines, and ensure delivery remains consistent, efficient, and high quality. You will work closely with leadership to turn strategic goals into practical plans, schedules, and team objectives. A key part of the role is coordinating across internal functions such as operations, development, sales, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication. You will act as the main point of escalation for operational or project issues, track progress through reports and performance indicators, and share regular updates on status, risks, and priorities. The position also includes supporting team capacity planning, readiness for future projects, training coordination, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. You will help standardize workflows, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, and contribute to better tools and practices across the organization. Candidates should bring a technical degree or equivalent background, several years of experience in building systems or controls-related environments, and prior experience leading technical teams. Strong knowledge of building automation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication is essential.
