Technical Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to guide integration design and solution delivery across complex technology environments. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, analysts, developers, testers, operations staff, and other specialists to translate business needs into practical technical options. You will lead design work through the full initiative lifecycle, from early discovery through delivery and stabilization, while helping ensure solutions are secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities include evaluating technologies, assessing fit with existing systems, documenting architecture and technical specifications, and recommending approaches that balance risk, cost, and long-term maintainability. You will also help define and promote design patterns, technical standards, and best practices, while identifying integration issues and driving resolution across teams. The position involves supporting solutions that may span application, data, middleware, cloud, and security components, as well as contributing to research, configuration, and problem solving when design challenges arise. Mentoring less experienced engineers is also an important part of the role. A degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with substantial recent experience in systems integration and technical support. An equivalent mix of education and experience may be considered. Security screening is required. This is a regular full-time position with hybrid work arrangements.
