We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. This full-time position is ideal for candidates based in Canada and offers a competitive salary range of CAD $80,000 - $90,000. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users, including clinicians and administrative staff, providing support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting user-reported issues, escalating bugs to the appropriate teams, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also categorize and prioritize incoming support tickets to enhance response efficiency and translate user feedback into actionable insights to improve product usability. Collaboration with the Customer Success team is essential to maintain a proactive support experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in technical customer support or client-facing roles, preferably within a healthcare technology or SaaS environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis are required. Familiarity with clinical workflows and electronic health record systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with ticketing software, such as Zendesk, is preferred.
