We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in a remote capacity. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $80,000 - $90,000.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, including clinicians and administrative staff, providing support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will troubleshoot user-reported issues, escalate bugs to the product and engineering teams, and ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will categorize and triage incoming support tickets to enhance internal response efficiency and clarity. Your insights from user feedback will help improve product usability, and you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to deliver a consistent support experience.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in technical customer support or client-facing roles, preferably within health technology or healthcare SaaS environments. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze root causes are essential. Familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR/EMR systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey technical information to non-technical users, and experience with ticketing software is preferred.
