Team Lead | Website Production

We are seeking a Team Lead for our Website Production department. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a solid understanding of website production, creative workflows, and client service. You will balance quality, efficiency, team development, and client experience in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational, proactive, and solutions-oriented skills are essential. In this role, you will manage the website production team, overseeing day-to-day operations, people management, performance support, and workflow oversight. You will act as an escalation point for complex client or production issues and may manage a limited portfolio of clients based on department needs. Collaboration with project managers, developers, designers, and writers will be key to creating high-quality websites and improving production processes. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration, managing client relationships, supporting website product maintenance, and driving strategic planning. You will also oversee team development through regular performance reviews, manage resource allocation, and implement performance metrics for continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. This position is based in Calgary, AB, and requires legal eligibility to work in Canada.
