Team Lead, Building Digitalization

We are looking for a hands-on technical lead to support a building digitalization team focused on connected building systems and operational efficiency. In this role, you will help improve daily workflows, remove process bottlenecks, and support a positive and collaborative team environment. You will coordinate priorities with leadership, guide team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching, and help ensure work is delivered on time and to agreed service standards. The position also includes managing escalations, supporting internal and client issue resolution, and sharing feedback with product and development stakeholders to improve tools and processes. You will oversee team performance reviews, schedule coordination, quality checks, and handover meetings with related delivery groups. A key part of the role is helping standardize and automate data mapping and extraction activities, while monitoring system health and investigating errors when they arise. You will also support testing activities, including checks related to point writability, and contribute to data tagging using common industry frameworks. Candidates should have a technical background in building or mechanical engineering, or a related field, along with experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or digital building technologies. Prior leadership or mentoring experience is important, as are strong communication skills. French and English fluency is required.
