Team Lead, Agronomy

We are seeking an experienced agronomy team lead to support and guide a group of professionals working on land management and environmental projects. In this role, you will coordinate daily activities, help organize workloads, and provide technical oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also coach team members, support their professional growth, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. This position involves leading projects related to agricultural land use, site monitoring, excavation-area rehabilitation, and restoration planning. You will prepare and review permit and authorization requests, supervise agronomic studies and field follow-up activities, and act as a technical resource for clients and internal stakeholders on regulatory and environmental matters. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will manage project planning, resources, timelines, budgets, and profitability. You will participate in proposals, maintain client relationships, and help identify new business opportunities. You will also work with leadership to improve internal processes and support the growth of the team. This role offers remote work with the option to work from an office location in the region, with a future office relocation planned.
