Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to support hiring activities across a defined business group. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and internal partners to manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable advising managers on recruitment process, candidate selection, and compensation recommendations. This position requires a client-focused approach, with an emphasis on building effective talent pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and helping the organization attract qualified people for current and future needs. You will also support hiring strategy by using appropriate sourcing methods, recruitment channels, and market insights to reach targeted talent. A key part of the role is maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and internal hiring practices. Success in this role will come from collaboration, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
