We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle hiring for a growing technology organization. In this role, you will work closely with managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and guide applicants through each stage of the recruitment process. The position requires someone who enjoys fast-moving work, communicates well with a wide range of people, and can quickly recognize strong fit beyond just technical experience.
Responsibilities include writing and posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and helping improve the overall candidate experience. You will also contribute to recruitment planning, maintain talent pipelines, and support outreach to both active and passive candidates. Additional involvement in employer branding activities and networking events may be part of the role.
The right candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruiting or a related human resources function. Comfort with common digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and AI-enabled resources is important. You should be organized, self-directed, adaptable, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining quality. Experience in a busy environment is preferred. A formal HR education or designation is an asset. Compensation is in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, with competitive benefits including health coverage and insurance.
