Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talent acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring for corporate and senior-level roles. In this position, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and guide candidates through the interview and offer process. The ideal candidate has experience handling full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Strong experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing offer discussions is important. You should also bring confident communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role is well suited to someone who can balance multiple searches, stay organized, and move hiring processes forward with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities may also include coordinating interview feedback, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
