We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our recruiting capabilities. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in-house and are adept at navigating the complexities of recruitment while valuing the art of interviewing.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process across various sectors, collaborating closely with hiring leaders to achieve timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. Responsibilities include shaping hiring strategies, building candidate pipelines, and promoting the organization as an attractive workplace.
As part of a small team, you will also engage in broader People Operations tasks, including onboarding support and HR documentation, while contributing to people operations projects as needed.
Key responsibilities include conducting intake meetings to define hiring criteria, maintaining momentum on requisitions, leading structured interviews, and serving as an expert on the hiring process. You will also build and maintain candidate pipelines, enhance the talent brand through positive candidate interactions, and leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Successful candidates will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, a strong understanding of evidence-based methodologies, exceptional sourcing skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with AI tools and a background in media or marketing industries are advantageous.
This full-time position offers remote or hybrid work options, with an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.
