Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring and people experience across multiple regions from Vancouver. In this role, you will help shape how the business attracts, engages, and hires strong candidates for a growing international team. You will work closely with the people leadership team and hiring managers to manage recruitment from start to finish, while also strengthening the company’s presence in North America. This position goes beyond filling open roles. You will build ongoing talent pipelines, connect with passive candidates, and keep a steady view of the market so the team is ready when new hiring needs arise. You will source directly, use modern recruiting tools and AI-enabled methods to work efficiently, and maintain relationships with candidates, leaders, and external partners. Where agencies are involved, you will manage those partnerships and support briefing, negotiation, and performance oversight. You will recruit across a range of functions, including commercial, customer-facing, technical, product, and operational roles. In addition to hiring, you will act as a local point of contact for day-to-day people experience questions in North America and contribute to a consistent global hiring approach that still reflects local market differences. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building trust, working across time zones, and creating a strong hiring pipeline before roles are officially open.
