We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across a variety of roles on a full-time, permanent basis. This position may be remote and will focus on delivering an efficient, professional recruitment process from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and help fill open roles in a timely way. Key responsibilities include coordinating intake discussions, creating sourcing strategies, reviewing applications, conducting early-stage interviews, arranging later interview steps, and managing offer-related activities. You will also post vacancies, search for qualified candidates through multiple channels, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process. A strong candidate experience and accurate recordkeeping are important parts of the role. The ideal candidate brings solid end-to-end recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once. Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment is considered an asset, but strong recruiters from other sectors are welcome to apply. Familiarity with employment legislation, applicant tracking systems, and standard sourcing methods is required. A post-secondary background in a related field or equivalent experience, along with several years of progressive recruitment experience, will be expected.
