Join a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on hiring high-quality talent for key technical and business functions. This role supports primarily Engineering, Product Management, and IT positions and is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding support.
You will partner closely with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, align on expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. The role involves proactive sourcing of internal and external candidates through referrals, networking, social media, and other targeted channels, as well as conducting phone screens, assessing candidates, and coordinating interview feedback.
You will also help build talent pipelines and candidate communities, contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, and support a positive candidate experience by managing communications and maintaining engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, at least 3 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring leaders and other stakeholders. French-English bilingualism is required, with full professional proficiency in English.
The annual base salary range is approximately $71,500 to $99,470. This role is salary-based and not commission eligible. Compensation and benefits may vary depending on factors such as experience, education, location, and business needs.
