A recruitment agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance its recruiting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in navigating the complexities of in-house recruiting and a passion for interviewing. This role will report to the People Operations Manager and will involve managing the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles across multiple sectors. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes, shape hiring strategies, build candidate pipelines, and promote the organization as an attractive workplace. Key responsibilities include conducting effective intake meetings to establish hiring criteria, maintaining momentum on requisitions, leading structured interviews, and serving as an expert on the hiring process. The role also involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, enhancing the talent brand through quality candidate interactions, and utilizing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner will assist with onboarding and support broader people operations initiatives as needed. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential. Familiarity with AI tools and experience in people operations or HR projects are advantageous. This full-time position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 CAD, with options for remote or hybrid work based on location.
