Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking an experienced recruiting professional to manage end-to-end hiring for a range of corporate and senior-level roles. In this position, you will work closely with business leaders to define hiring needs, shape recruitment plans, and support delivery across the full hiring process. Key responsibilities include sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, screening talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers through to acceptance. You will also help improve recruiting processes, maintain organized applicant records, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are important, along with comfort using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools. This role is suited to someone who can balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid work arrangement is available.
