We are seeking an experienced recruiting leader to oversee a small talent acquisition team while remaining directly involved in hiring. This role combines people leadership with hands-on recruiting and is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day searches with building better hiring practices.
You will guide and coach two recruiters, helping them prioritize work, improve search quality, and deliver a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers. At the same time, you will manage your own portfolio of open roles across clinical and corporate functions, supporting the process from intake through offer.
A key part of the position is helping strengthen and standardize the recruitment function. You will work with leaders and internal partners to improve workflows, clarify role requirements, refine interview practices, and create a more consistent approach to hiring across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has several years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring and exposure to both professional and healthcare-related roles. Prior experience mentoring or supervising recruiters is important, along with strong sourcing skills and the ability to build trust with a range of stakeholders.
