We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruiting function and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. This role combines leadership with active recruitment responsibilities, as you will handle your own requisition load while guiding and supporting your team in full-cycle searches. You will set high standards for candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers, while also addressing complex searches and negotiations. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent acquisition strategies, focusing on attracting and hiring exceptional candidates across various roles. You will collaborate closely with clinic leaders and the broader HR team to fill critical positions and develop scalable recruitment processes that ensure consistency across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the Talent Acquisition team, managing your own recruitment efforts, sourcing and engaging top talent, and partnering with hiring leaders to define role profiles and selection criteria. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and healthcare settings, along with a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting. Strong communication skills, a passion for improving hiring processes, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders are essential. Success will be measured by improved time-to-fill rates, quality of hires, and the overall performance of the Talent Acquisition team.
